My philosophy

All my paintings are parts of one big story about life on Earth under the Great Sun. The Sun which gives gentle warmth to oll who live under it-people,animals and plants,living harmoniously,existing in a world in which justice and good prevail. This is a world where angels bring spring and in winter they dust  the earth with pure snow…

   Every day, faced with the aggression of the modern outside world, i create pictures of the gentle World under the Big Sun with ever greater persistence.

   I hope that my paintings will find favor in people’s souls,soothe and warm their hearts. I hope they will inspire you to live, just live and see this wonderful World around us!

Worldview

My credo

Everyone is a bearer of a code – a long historical chain of affirmation of ethniciti,people,and language. Every nation goes its own way. We are children of one Mother Earth who has many children,whom we love and glorify in different voices, including througt art.This is its grandeur and inexhaustible versatility of the expansive multicolor panel of the art world,each stone of which shines with the colour of its people.

   The world is dominated by globalization trends in everything – architecture, art, clothing,money,cuisine,and more. This leads to the creation of a monotonous single metropolis,replacing the beauty of the night sky full of millions of small and large stars with one large artificial star.

Millions of people are interested in the Etruscan culture, paintings, and architecture of Egypt, African masks, the ancient Hellenic world, Mayan culture, the uniqueness of Indochina… I do not want to depict the majesty of the diversity of the World Panel by limiting it to one color. Will this really enrich the world?

Ukrainian ethno-romanticism

The style of “Ukrainian ethno-romanticism” is an independent direction in painting, a complex symbiosis in the modern confrontation of the artistic beliefs “realism”-“avant- garde”.

  The conseptual framework of the style is balanced betwen the awakening of etnic self-awareness,national dignity,and mental identification. Understanding the need for national art is an inseperable right and original part of the whole,a valuable diamond in the complex development of contemporary world art.

  The conceptual architecture consist of the romantic idea of a pure,and even childishly naive worldview combined with the ethnic genetic memory of the people.

Biography

2022. Award of the honorary title of “Honored Artist of Ukraine”. Decree of the President of Ukraine №27 / 2022.
2020. Participation in the State project “Amazing postcard”.
2019. Gratitude of the National Bank of Ukraine for holding the second personal exhibition, consisting of 36 paintings, at the National Bank of Ukraine.
2019. The work “Christmas Eve” is placed on the poster of the All-Ukrainian Christmas Exhibition of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine 2019-2020.
2018. Gratitude of the National Bank of Ukraine for holding a personal exhibition “Colorful Ukraine”, consisting of 40 paintings, at the National Bank of Ukraine.
2017. Participation in the International Exhibition Shanghai Art-Expo 2017 (Shanghai, China).
2017. Participation in the International Project Arves III Expo 17 Yerevan, Armenia.
2015. Son Lubomyr was born.
2013. Gratitude of Procredit Bank for multiple personal exhibitions in the bank’s branches.
2013. Laureate of the All-Ukrainian Painting Triennial. The work “Evening”, 95×95 cm, canvas oil.
